In Fluid Motion Workshop, you’ll learn how to relax, isolate and control different parts of your body — so movements become both precise and effortless. Through guided exercises and playful movement drills, you’ll learn how to release unnecessary tension, develop coordination, isolate body movements, and transition between movements in a way that feels natural and expressive. As you build greater awareness of how your body moves, you’ll begin to experience a new sense of ease , rhythm, and freedom in your motion.
