Along with a strong focus on core strength, we will also target deep back, leg, and arm muscles in a low-impact way. This will cultivate stability, endurance, and strong posture. Flexibility work and stretching are also included which will prevent muscle imbalances and injury. By establishing a solid overall foundation, youโll enhance balance and provide support for other physical activities.
