Often the person is quite surprised at how emotional they are as the event is recalled. This is expected as it is the inner child that is crying out. Sometimes they will recall events that they were unaware of or had long forgotten and other times the recalled events are ones that the person is well aware of. However, what the person almost always is not ware of is the emotional patterns of the events. Once this is identified, awareness follows. Only with awareness can healing take place.
Allow your inner child to heal and move forward.
When your inner child is healed, you can let go of the past and move forward. When the innerchild is left wounded, our minds enter a victim state and as a victim we remain stuck. Liberate yourself from the past.
