What is Heels Dance?

Heels dance is an art form that allows both beginner and experienced dancers to explore their femininity, sensuality, and movement all while wearing a stiletto.

* Heels are not mandatory!  We welcome dancers to come take class in sneakers, socks, or barefoot.

What to expect in a Heels Class?
Class begins with a brief warm up (without heels) consisting of stretches and body isolations that will help you feel grounded and comfortable in your body. We will then practice proper technique of how to walk in a heel, and end by dancing it out to a fun, sultry choreography taught in class. All movements are designed to help you unlock your unapologetic and authentic self expression.
