Escape New York City’s hustle and bustle into our yoga group class where we provide a safe and supportive environment for students of all levels to come together to practice and explore the calming benefits of yoga.
Our yoga instructors are passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping students deepen their practice. With a focus on breath, movement, and mindfulness, our classes are designed to improve flexibility, strength, energy, balance and awareness while reducing stress and promoting relaxation.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced, our group classes are open to all. We offer a variety of class styles, including vinyasa, kundalini, and fusion yoga, so you can find the class that best fits your needs.
Vinyasa yoga is a popular style of yoga that focuses on synchronizing breath with movement in a flowing sequence of postures. In a typical vinyasa yoga class, students move through a series of poses, each connected to an inhale or exhale, in a smooth and continuous flow. This dynamic practice can build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance while also calming the mind and reducing stress. Vinyasa yoga is suitable for practitioners of all levels and can be adapted to meet individual needs and goals.
Hatha yoga is a popular form of yoga that emphasizes physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to promote overall health and wellbeing.
Typically, you’ll move through a series of postures designed to increase strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation.
Hatha yoga also incorporates meditation and relaxation techniques, such as savasana (corpse pose) and guided imagery, to help reduce stress and improve mental clarity.
Kundalini yoga is a powerful form of yoga that focuses on awakening the Kundalini energy, which is said to be coiled at the base of the spine. Through a combination of physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and chanting, Kundalini yoga aims to release this energy and allow it to flow freely through the body, bringing about greater awareness, clarity, and spiritual awakening.
Kundalini yoga is a dynamic and energetic style, with fast-paced movements and intense breathing exercises, often practiced with music incorporating mantra and chanting.

We recommend that you wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Mats and towels are provided but you are welcome to bring your own as well.
