Meditating just ten minutes a day can have an enormous positive impact on how we focus, how calm we feel and how we sleep. Saba Hocek developed a method specifically for the anxious minded called Rapid Meditation which requires only 10 seconds. This method used multiple times in the day significantly has shown to reduce anxiety.

Meditation-Breathwork Energy group sessions are unique and powerful beginning with breathwork exercises to oxygenate the mind and body followed by meditation to take you to your higher brain where clarity, intuition, manifestation and abundance resides. Our practitioner will further raise the vibrations through reiki and/or a soundbath of crystal singing bowls.
Our Interactive-Meditation sessions are like stepping into another world and exploring the mind and personal situation. It is like being in a dream-like state and since in this state there is a dissociation, it is easier to explore, reveal and enlighten those deeply buried inner thoughts. You will be guided while in meditation as you are sharing your visions. The process has a tremendous impact on self-awareness and is best suited for the experienced meditator.

Once you’ve learned to quiet your mind, you’ll find you can get into that state very quickly and easily. Just a few minutes of meditation can do wonders for the mind and body. We even teach a method called Rapid Meditation in which a quiet mind can be achieved in just seconds.
There are two simple solutions. Meditate in an upright position and choose a time of day when you are not too tired.
