Well, I wasn’t completely off LOL! Minus the hot springs, a sound bath does provide an immersive and healing experience.

Typically conducted by a skilled practitioner, sound baths often involve instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and Tibetan singing bowls.
