Many believe that it’s necessary to meditate an hour a day in order to eventually see results.  However, our minds are much more powerful than we realize.  Meditating just ten minutes a day can have an enormous positive impact on how we focus, how calm we feel and how we sleep.  Saba Hocek teaches a method called Rapid Meditation which she developed for the anxious mind.  It is an extremely affective method requiring only 10 seconds.
