Before your meditation training session or Interactive Meditation session, be aware of the way your are feeling on a daily basis; notice things you are getting or not getting pleasure in; pay attention to what stresses you out and how people are reacting to you.
During your Meditation Training session, you will learn and develop upon breath work, visualization and guided meditation. Our practitioner will guide you each step of the way and tailor the private sessions to your needs.
You will learn to quiet your mind so that you may be guided by your higher brain.
During the Interactive Meditation session, you will be in a dream-like state exploring, revealing and enlightening those deeply buried inner thoughts. You will be guided while in meditation as you are sharing your visions.
After the Meditation Training session and in the following days, you'll notice subtle changes taking place. You will likely notice more clarity in your thinking and being less affected by what normally would be stressful situations.
After an Interactive Meditation session, you'll have more clarity and insight into your hesitations, potentials and future.
