There is no particular preparation needed for your biofeedback session though it is best not to drink alcohol within 24 hours and to be well hydrated.
If you goal is to quit smoking, make sure not to smoke at least 4 hours before arrival.
If your goal is for weight loss, bring a small sample of any food that you would nolonger like to crave.
During the biofeedback session, there will be straps around your wrists, ankles and forehead. A mind frequency will be passing through the bands. You will not feel anything though people who are more in-tune with their bodies will be able to feel the organs being worked on.
During the first 45min the system will run through a standard process of clearing any stress blockages in the chakras and channels of elimination as well as loading other biofeedback programs that will be running in the background.
The remainder of the time will be spent clearing stress blockages related to the biofeedback report and client concerns.
At the end of the session you will feel lighter and very relaxed. Over the next 24 hours, in some cases, you may feel very tired. This is due to all the stress leaving your body. Thereafter a wonderful energetic feeling takinges over.
Changes take place over 7 to 10 days before they plateau. To further ingrain these changes and continue to make more changes, the follow up appointment should be within 7 to 10 days of the initial session.
It is important to drink a lot of water over the next several days and to eat healthy including plenty of vegetables. The better you treat yourself and the cleaner your environment, the longer your body will remain unblocked.
